Senior Sales Director

Overview

Paladyne is actively looking to fill a number of senior sales positions. Each sales person will have full responsibility for their territory and will be responsible for selling the full suite of Paladyne products and services including both direct product sales and hosted solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire sales process within a defined territory including lead generation, product demonstrations, and negotiation.
  • Manage and negotiate sales contracts in conjunction with General Counsel.
  • Work with Client Services team during the sales process to provide implementation budgets and timelines.
  • Provide weekly pipeline and sales reporting to President.
  • Participate in project implementation kickoff meetings.
  • Perform on-going Client Relationship Management with Paladyne customers.
  • Work with Strategic Alliance Partners.

Prerequisites

  • Have at least 3-5 years of product or consulting sales experience within the financial services industry.
  • Experience with hedge fund operations is definitely a plus.
  • Direct experience in front-, middle, or back-office processing is definitely a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
